连续采煤机平衡开采工艺研究及实践应用

Research and practical application of the balanced mining technology of continuous coal mining machine

摘要: 基于连续采煤机平行作业开采工艺理论研究和现场应用,提出了以提高连续采煤机作业效率为中心,以优化劳动组织工艺为表征的平衡开采理论,并采用统筹原理分析了巷道掘进速度和支护速度差异、各类巷道长度差异、调机距离差异、各作业地点进度差异对连续采煤机工作面生产的影响,从动态平衡的角度确定工作面平行作业工艺。现场实践表明:平衡开采工艺有效解决了连续采煤机工作面各工序差异问题,实现各工序紧密衔接,工作面的推进速度提升了10%左右。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the theoretical research and field practice of parallel operation mining process of continuous coal mining machine,proposes a balanced mining theory characterized by improving the efficiency of continuous coal mining machine and optimizing the labor organization process.The difference of excavation speed and support speed of roadway is analyzed by the principle of integration,differences in the length of various types of roadways,difference in walking distance of continuous coal mining machine,effect of the Progress of Each Work Point on the Yield of Coal Mining Surface.Determination of parallel working process of working face from the angle of dynamic equilibrium.Field practice shows that the process speed difference of continuous coal mining machine is effectively solved by the balanced mining process.To achieve close integration of processes.The coal mining speed of the working face increased by 10 %.
